• Any limit to the number of pictures I can upload?

  No, you may upload as many pictures as you like for each property.

• How do you drive traffic to your website?

  We use a high tech digital marketing tools to push traffic. Our Digital communication team are very effective and willing to go extra mile to increase our visibility.

• How do I know when I receive a potential client?

  All potential clients will be sent directly to the contact email address you submit during your registration. Also you can be contacted via the Whatsapp number provided.

  We apologise that the agent or property owner you contacted has not replied your request. We constantly engage our members to ensure a fast response to your enquiries. The best way to make sure your enquiries are answered immediately is by calling the agent directly

• What does FEATURE property represent?

  A FEATURE listing will automatically pop up at the middle of the page after a search for a listing in your search criteria is entered, which results in many more views and higher potential to get your Listing rented or sold. Featured listings will be seen on the Homepage and side bars at all times, and will appear in a different format.

• What do I do when realise I have inaccurate pictures or information listed?

  Simply login to your account and click ‘My Properties’ select the affected property, edit and click update property at the bottom of the page.

• Management of company’s and individual account.

  At Instant Warehouse Nigeria, we encourage every agent to create and maintain their own account for the listings they individually have, if you change the contact information for one of the listings in account, it will update the new contact information to all of the current active listings in that account.
